Philip Jones

Phil is a passionate advocate of all things Agile. He has over 30 years experience in delivering projects, programmes and portfolios including 15 years in Lean-Agile. He has been an Agile coach, service delivery manager and a transformation consultant with some of the UKs leading suppliers, including: Babcock, Airbus, QinetiQ, Capita, Elbit Systems, CGI and Actica. He is comfortable working on both supplier and client side contracts as well as an intermediary as a customer friend. Phil is a SAFe Practice Consultant, Enterprise Agile Coach and trainer. He has proven experience in Scrum, Kanban, executive and leadership coaching, Lean-Agile contracting, smart commercial and procurement, functional change, programme management and benefits realisation management.  His key skill is the ability to accelerate business value and competitive advantage for clients by implementing true business agility. He does this with innovative agile contracting techniques, implementation of appropriate Agile lifecycle management tools, executive coaching and product flow analytics.
